HHS is Reviewing Psilocybin
For the first time, the DEA has asked the Department of Health & Human Services to review whether psilocybin should remain in Schedule I - the category reserved for drugs with “no accepted medical use.”
This review matters. A recommendation from HHS will directly influence whether psilocybin research becomes easier and whether FDA-approved therapies can eventually reach patients. It won’t legalize mushrooms overnight, but it could open the door to more science, treatment options, and less stigma.

What they've seen to date is nothing short of mindblowing: Not only does their at-home ketamine program greatly reduce feelings of anxiety and depression, it does so in hours or days — not months.
